As you may have heard, a judge in New York ruled that a 4 year old can be sued for negligence. Two 4 year olds engaged in a bicycle race (with training wheels of course!) and ran into an eldery woman. The women broke her hip.
How do you feel about this? Do you think that 4 year olds are too young to be held negligent? Why or why not?
