PACER " Public Access to Court Electronic Records"

Looking for a cheap way to access Court Records. Try PACER!! Pacer is an electronic public access service that allows you to obtain case and docketing information from federal, appellate, district and bankruptcy courts via the internet.
The cost per page is .08. and the cost of a single document is capped at $2.40. This cap however does not apply to names searches, reports that are not case-specific and transcripts of federal court proceedings. PACER will even waive fees if your usage does not exceed $10 per quarter, technically making the service FREE!!!! If you are interested in this service go to www.pacer.gov.

There are other alternatives to PACER exists, where you do not have to pay any fees or do not need a PACER account. http://FreeCourtDockets.com is one of them.
